- Provide outstanding customer service during evening operating hours (4 PM - 10 PM)
- Assist customers with product selection, inquiries, and checkout processes
- Merchandise and maintain store appearance according to visual standards
- Operate POS systems and handle cash transactions accurately
- Restock shelves and manage inventory in assigned departments
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations
- Adhere to all safety and security protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
