Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service during evening hours (3 PM - 11 PM)
- Assist customers with product selection, fitting rooms, and checkout processes
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems
- Stock and organize merchandise displays to maintain visual appeal
- Operate point-of-sale systems and handle cash/credit transactions
- Maintain clean, organized store environment during closing procedures
- Collaborate with evening team to achieve daily sales targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (current students welcome)
- Evening availability (minimum 20 hours/week, flexible scheduling)
- Basic math and cash handling skills
- Strong communication and customer service aptitude
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Previous retail experience preferred but not required
- Reliable transportation to downtown Milwaukee location
