Responsibilities
- Delight customers with product knowledge and personalized shopping assistance
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Execute visual merchandising standards to maintain an engaging store aesthetic
- Support inventory management processes including receiving and stock organization
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean, safe shopping environment
- Participate in evening closing procedures including securing the premises
Qualifications
- No prior retail experience required – we provide paid training!
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work evenings (primarily 4 PM - 11 PM) and weekends
- Basic math proficiency for transaction handling
