Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service during evening hours (4 PM - 10 PM)
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems
- Merchandise and maintain visually appealing store displays
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
- Operate within safety protocols and loss prevention guidelines
- Collaborate with evening shift team to achieve sales goals
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Availability to work flexible evening shifts (20-25 hrs/week)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Reliable transportation to evening shifts
