Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling standards
- Assist in visual merchandising and store presentation to create inviting shopping experiences
- Support inventory management through stock organization and cycle counting
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales and operational goals
- Uphold store cleanliness and safety standards throughout all shifts
- Participate in product training sessions to stay current on offerings
Qualifications
- Must be enrolled in a high school, college, or university program (students welcome!)
- Flexible availability for evening shifts (4 PM - 10 PM) and weekend rotations
- Basic math skills and comfort with technology (POS systems)
- Strong communication skills and approachable customer service attitude
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Reliable transportation to and from the Commerce Street location
- No prior experience required – we provide paid training!
