Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized styling recommendations
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash security
- Organize and restock merchandise to maintain visually appealing displays
- Execute inventory management tasks including cycle counts and markdowns
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless store operations
- Participate in evening floor sets and visual merchandising updates
- Assist with opening/closing procedures including security protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months retail or customer service experience preferred
- Availability for evening shifts (4 PM - 10 PM) including weekends
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Proficiency with technology (POS systems, mobile devices)
- Valid North Carolina ID for employment verification
