Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service with product knowledge and recommendations
- Manage cash transactions and maintain accurate sales records
- Stock shelves, organize displays, and ensure store cleanliness
- Operate POS systems and process returns/exchanges
- Assist with inventory management and loss prevention protocols
- Collaborate with team members during peak evening hours
- Participate in visual merchandising updates
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Availability for evening shifts (4 PM - 11 PM) and weekends
