Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service during peak evening hours, including product recommendations and fitting room assistance
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS system
- Merchandise and maintain store presentation standards during evening restocking cycles
- Assist with inventory management and stockroom organization
- Contribute to a positive team environment by supporting colleagues during busy evening periods
- Adhere to all safety protocols and loss prevention procedures
- Participate in evening training sessions to enhance product knowledge
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Availability to work flexible evening shifts (minimum 20 hours/week)
- Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for helping others
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Reliable transportation to downtown San Francisco location
