Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge and styling assistance
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Merchandise and maintain visual standards throughout the store
- Assist with inventory management and stockroom organization
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals
- Support store opening/closing procedures during evening shifts
- Participate in regular team training sessions
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Flexible availability for evening shifts (4 PM - 10 PM)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Basic math proficiency for transaction processing
- Ability to stand and move throughout shift duration
