Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, efficient customer service during evening shifts (3 PM - 11 PM)
- Stock shelves, organize displays, and maintain store cleanliness
- Operate POS systems, process transactions, and handle cash
- Assist with inventory management and product rotation
- Resolve customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations
- Adhere to all safety and security protocols
Qualifications
- Must be available for evening shifts (3 PM - 11 PM) including weekends
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math proficiency and cash handling ability
- Reliable transportation to/from Stone Ave location
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Must pass background check (immediate hire contingent on this)
