Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service during evening operating hours
- Assist customers with product selection, inquiries, and checkout processes
- Restock and organize merchandise to maintain visual standards
- Operate point-of-sale systems and handle cash transactions accurately
- Monitor store security and assist with loss prevention protocols
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth evening operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Previous retail or customer service experience (a plus)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work evenings (typically 4 PM - 10 PM, including weekends)
- Basic math proficiency for handling transactions
- Reliable transportation to our Dyer Street location
