Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized styling advice and product knowledge
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and maintain cash drawer integrity
- Merchandise and visually refresh displays to align with seasonal collections
- Operate opening/closing procedures including inventory counts and security protocols
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals
- Assist with stock receiving, organization, and inventory management
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months retail or customer service experience preferred
- Availability to work evenings (4 PM - 10 PM) weekends and holidays
- Strong communication skills with ability to build rapport quickly
- Basic math proficiency and comfort handling cash/transactions
- Visual merchandising aptitude and fashion awareness
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
