Responsibilities
- Deliver friendly, personalized customer service through in-store assistance and digital support
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling protocols
- Merchandise and maintain visually appealing product displays per brand standards
- Assist with inventory management and stockroom organization
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless store operations during peak evening hours
- Uphold safety and cleanliness standards throughout the retail floor
- Participate in ongoing product knowledge training
Qualifications
- No prior retail or customer service experience required
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- High school diploma or equivalent (currently enrolled students welcome)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
