Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with product selection and purchases
- Operate POS systems and process transactions accurately
- Stock shelves and maintain organized store displays
- Ensure cleanliness and safety standards throughout the store
- Collaborate with team members during inventory counts
- Resolve basic customer inquiries with professionalism
- Support store opening/closing procedures
Qualifications
- No prior experience necessary – full training provided
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Reliable transportation to evening shifts (typically 4 PM - 10 PM)
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
- Basic math skills for transaction processing
- Must be available at least 3 evenings per week
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
