Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with product selection, sizing, and styling recommendations
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling security
- Merchandise and maintain visually appealing store displays during evening shifts
- Support inventory management through stock counts and organization tasks
- Ensure store cleanliness and safety standards throughout operational hours
- Collaborate with evening staff to achieve daily sales goals and service targets
- Process returns and exchanges while adhering to company policies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; current students encouraged to apply
- Basic math and cash handling experience preferred
- Strong communication skills and approachable customer service demeanor
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Evening availability (4 PM - 10 PM) including weekends and holidays
- Reliable transportation to Ocean Avenue location
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn retail operations
