Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service and product knowledge
- Operate POS systems and handle cash transactions accurately
- Stock shelves and maintain visual merchandising standards
- Process deliveries and manage inventory rotation
- Ensure store cleanliness and safety compliance
- Assist with end-of-day reconciliation procedures
- Collaborate with team to achieve sales targets
Qualifications
- Must be available for evening shifts (5 PM - 10 PM)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic numeracy and cash handling abilities
- Reliable and punctual with strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous retail experience desirable but not essential
