Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional table service during evening hours (5 PM - 11 PM)
- Expertly manage 4-6 tables with accuracy and efficiency
- Process payments and maintain cash handling protocols
- Collaborate with kitchen/bar staff for seamless operations
- Upsell menu items and seasonal specials
- Ensure cleanliness and table turnover between guests
- Resolve guest inquiries with professionalism
Qualifications
- Previous food service experience preferred
- Flexible availability for evenings/weekends
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Food handler certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Positive attitude under pressure
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling
