Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-ins/checkouts with efficiency and professionalism
- Handle phone inquiries and reservations using our advanced PMS system
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and security teams for seamless operations
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns with exceptional service
- Prepare nightly reports and manage office supplies inventory
- Maintain a pristine and welcoming lobby environment
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in hospitality or customer service role
- Proficiency with reservation systems (e.g., Opera, SynXis)
- Exceptional communication and multitasking abilities
