Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional front-desk service with warm greetings and efficient check-in/check-out procedures
- Manage multi-line phone system, screen calls, and route inquiries appropriately
- Maintain immaculate lobby and common areas with proactive housekeeping checks
- Process reservations and manage room status using industry-standard software
- Coordinate guest requests (transportation, amenities) with seamless departmental communication
- Handle emergency situations with calm professionalism and established protocols
- Generate daily reports and maintain accurate guest records
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience required
- Proficiency in Opera, Fidelio, or similar property management systems
- Exceptional communication skills with polished professional demeanor
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments with composure
- Valid Ohio driver's license and clean driving record (for errands)
