Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and professionally, managing the main reception desk and lobby areas.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls with a polite and efficient tone using a multi-line switchboard system.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries with accuracy and discretion.
- Manage the reception area to ensure it is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining guest logs.
- Handle cash handling and payment processing for services rendered.
- Coordinate with security personnel to ensure building safety during evening shifts.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required; Associateās degree preferred.
- Proven experience as a Receptionist or Front Desk Administrator in a high-volume environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently during evening hours (4:00 PM - 12:00 AM).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to remain calm under pressure.
