Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations during evening shifts with precision and professionalism
- Handle guest check-ins/checkouts using advanced reservation systems
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns with exceptional service
- Coordinate with security and housekeeping for seamless operations
- Process payments and manage financial transactions accurately
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive guest information
- Prepare nightly reports and manage administrative tasks
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years luxury hospitality or high-end customer service experience
- Expertise in Opera, Fidelio, or similar PMS systems
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently during evening hours (4 PM - 12 AM)
- Professional appearance and polished demeanor
- Valid California driver's license (for errands)
- Flexibility to cover weekend shifts during peak seasons
