Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk operations from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM (5:00 PM to 9:00 PM).
- Greet and assist visitors, vendors, and employees with a professional demeanor.
- Answer, screen, and route incoming calls efficiently using provided business phones.
- Sort and distribute daily mail, packages, and courier deliveries.
- Perform light data entry and maintain organized filing systems.
- Ensure the reception area is tidy, professional, and welcoming at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous receptionist or customer service experience preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
