Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume guest check-ins/checkouts with precision and warmth during evening shifts
- Coordinate VIP reservations and special requests for discerning clientele
- Oversee concierge services, including transportation bookings and local recommendations
- Maintain impeccable front desk operations and facility security protocols
- Collaborate with overnight staff to ensure seamless service transitions
- Handle confidential guest information with discretion and professionalism
- Resolve escalated guest concerns with grace and solution-oriented approaches
Qualifications
- 3+ years in luxury hospitality or high-end corporate reception roles
- Exceptional communication skills with polished business demeanor
- Proficiency in Opera PMS or similar hospitality management systems
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure environments with composure
- Valid Tennessee driver's license and clean driving record
- Availability to work flexible evening shifts (3:00 PM - 12:00 AM)
- Associates degree in hospitality or related field preferred
- Fluency in multiple languages highly desirable
