Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service throughout their visit.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and process transactions efficiently.
- Restock merchandise, organize shelves, and ensure the store environment is clean and inviting.
- Assist in setting up and breaking down weekend event displays and promotional areas.
- Handle cash deposits and balance registers at the end of each shift.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally to ensure retention.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work evenings and weekends on a regular basis.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in retail or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation to the Tucson location.
