Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Greet customers warmly, answer inquiries, and provide product recommendations to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Store Operations: Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe shopping environment during evening hours.
- Inventory Management: Help with stocking shelves, organizing displays, and conducting nightly inventory counts.
- Point of Sale (POS): Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handle cash and card payments, and manage returns or exchanges.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the management team and fellow employees to meet daily operational goals and support store promotions.
- Opening/Closing Duties: Assist in securing the store, managing the cash drawer, and setting up or closing down the point of sale system.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work evenings (e.g., 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM) and weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required; we provide comprehensive training.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse customer base.
- Reliability: A consistent work history and the ability to adhere to a set schedule.
- Teamwork: Demonstrated ability to work well within a team-oriented environment.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent (Students are welcome to apply).
