Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely load and unload merchandise onto and off trailers using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently to meet daily targets.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and performing cycle counts.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance of warehouse equipment to ensure safety compliance.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company policies at all times.
- Organization: Keep the warehouse floor organized, clean, and free of hazards.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and committed to a consistent evening schedule.
- Communication: Basic reading and writing skills to follow safety instructions and operational checklists.
- Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.
- Age: At least 18 years of age.
