Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional client support during evening hours via phone, email, and in-person meetings

Qualifications

- Availability to work 4-5 hour shifts Monday-Thursday evenings
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic CRM platforms
- Valid Tennessee driver's license (if local travel required)
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Spanish bilingualism a plus but not required
