Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service during evening shifts (5 PM - 11 PM)
- Assist guests with inquiries, recommendations, and special requests
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems
- Maintain clean and organized workstations and common areas
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation protocols
- Support inventory management and restocking duties
Qualifications
- Must be available evenings (minimum 20 hours/week)
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling
