Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with product/service inquiries and purchases
- Operate POS systems, handle cash transactions, and maintain accurate records
- Stock merchandise, organize displays, and ensure cleanliness of sales floor
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales and service goals
- Process returns and resolve customer concerns with professionalism
- Adhere to safety protocols and company policies during all operations
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation procedures
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old and authorized to work in the US
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
