Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone and email during designated evening shifts.
- Manage and update customer databases with a high degree of accuracy and data integrity.
- Assist in coordinating daily schedules and resolving operational inquiries efficiently.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure all service quality standards are met and exceeded.
- Process incoming tickets and resolve issues using our ticketing system in a timely manner.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Proven experience in customer service, administrative support, or data entry.
- Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite and internet navigation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work evenings (e.g., 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM) and weekends as required.
- Self-motivated individual with strong time management skills.
