Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to all evening shoppers and address inquiries promptly.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems accurately, processing transactions with a high level of efficiency and accuracy.
- Assist in stocking shelves, organizing merchandise, and maintaining a visually appealing store layout.
- Ensure the store environment is clean, safe, and well-lit during your shift.
- Handle cash deposits and reconcile daily sales reports.
- Monitor security systems and adhere to store security protocols.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic computer literacy and math skills for cash handling.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to stand for extended periods.
