Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist with inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Manage point-of-sale transactions accurately, ensuring all payments are processed correctly.
- Perform opening and closing duties, including cash drops, inventory counts, and store cleanliness.
- Help maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints with a focus on satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work Evening Shifts and Weekend Shifts.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Basic math skills and ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation is a must.
