Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service throughout the evening shift.
- Restock shelves and organize merchandise to maintain an inviting and clean store layout.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving shipments and checking stock levels.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and process returns or exchanges efficiently.
- Ensure the sales floor, fitting rooms, and restrooms are kept to company standards of cleanliness.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Complete opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and security checks.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (students with a valid ID are welcome to apply).
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
