Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service to guests with a warm, authentic New Orleans welcome
- Accurately take and process food/beverage orders using our POS system
- Manage a clean, organized station throughout shift
- Handle cash transactions and reconcile payments at shift end
- Collaborate with kitchen/bar staff to ensure timely service
- Upsell signature dishes and local specialties
- Maintain compliance with health/safety regulations
- Resolve guest inquiries promptly and professionally
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months food service experience preferred
- Flexible availability evenings and weekends
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- 21+ for alcohol service (if applicable)
- Valid Louisiana Food Handler's Card
