Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional table service during peak evening hours (4 PM - 11 PM)
- Expertly manage 4-6 tables while maintaining order accuracy and timing
- Process payments and handle cash transactions with precision
- Collaborate with kitchen/bar staff to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Maintain pristine dining areas and service stations
- Resolve guest inquiries with professionalism and local charm
- Adhere to all alcohol service compliance regulations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year fine dining or high-volume restaurant experience
- Proficiency in POS systems and order management
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Strong knowledge of wine, spirits, and Louisiana cuisine
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Must be 21+ for alcohol service certification
- Valid Louisiana Food Handler's Permit
