Responsibilities
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service to all guests
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using our POS system
- Prepare and serve meals with attention to presentation
- Maintain clean dining areas and sanitize tables promptly
- Assist with opening/closing procedures including restocking supplies
- Collaborate with kitchen and service teams for seamless operations
- Handle cash transactions and operate POS systems
- Adhere to all safety and hygiene standards
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – full training provided
- Flexible availability between 4 PM - 11 PM (weekdays/weekends)
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Team-oriented mindset with willingness to help colleagues
- Must be 18+ years old
- Valid food handler certification (provided if needed)
