Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service during evening dinner shifts (5 PM - 11 PM)
- Expertly manage 4-6 tables while maintaining accuracy in orders and timing
- Upsell specialty cocktails and seasonal menu items
- Process payments and reconcile cash drawers efficiently
- Collaborate with kitchen staff for seamless service flow
- Adhere to all health and safety protocols
- Contribute to maintaining a clean and inviting dining space
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year restaurant or hospitality experience
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (6+ hours)
- Strong multitasking and time management skills
- Knowledge of Louisiana cuisine and local wines preferred
- Excellent communication and customer rapport abilities
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Positive attitude under pressure during peak hours
