Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service during evening shifts (4 PM - 11 PM)
- Accurately process orders, payments, and maintain station cleanliness
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams for seamless service flow
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
- Assist with opening/closing procedures as assigned
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions
Qualifications
- Must be available for evening shifts (minimum 20 hours/week)
- Previous food service experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Must be 18+ years old
- Basic math and POS system proficiency
- Valid food handler certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Student-friendly scheduling with exam flexibility
