Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly, present menus, and take accurate food/beverage orders
- Process payments efficiently using POS systems and handle cash transactions
- Coordinate with kitchen/bar staff to ensure timely order delivery
- Maintain clean dining areas and stock supplies during service
- Resolve guest concerns promptly with a solutions-oriented mindset
- Upsell specialty items and seasonal promotions
- Adhere to all health/safety protocols and food handling standards
Qualifications
- No experience required—entry-level candidates encouraged to apply
- Must be available evenings (5 PM - 11 PM) and weekends
