Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional table service with warm, personalized attention to all guests
- Expertly manage 4-6 tables during peak evening hours (5 PM - 11 PM)
- Process orders accurately through our digital POS system while maintaining table presence
- Coordinate seamlessly with kitchen/bar staff to ensure timely food/beverage delivery
- Upsell signature cocktails and seasonal specials to enhance guest experience
- Maintain immaculate table settings and station cleanliness throughout shift
- Handle payment transactions efficiently and reconcile cash drawers
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year high-volume restaurant experience preferred
- Flexible availability including weekends, holidays, and late nights
- Must possess TABC certification (or obtain within 30 days)
- Exceptional communication and multitasking abilities
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Positive attitude with natural ability to build guest rapport
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (6+ hours)
- Reliable transportation to downtown Baltimore location
