Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service to 4-6 tables simultaneously during peak evening hours
- Expertly navigate our seasonal menu and recommend food/beverage pairings
- Process orders accurately using our POS system and handle cash transactions
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service flow
- Maintain clean, well-stocked stations and adhere to sanitation standards
- Resolve guest inquiries promptly and professionally
- Contribute to a positive team environment during high-pressure rushes
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year restaurant serving experience preferred
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Basic food safety certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong multitasking abilities in fast-paced settings
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (6+ hours)
- Must be 18+ to handle alcohol service
- TAM certification (if applicable to Texas regulations)
