We're seeking enthusiastic evening servers to deliver exceptional dining experiences during our busiest hours. As a key member of our evening crew, you'll be instrumental in creating memorable moments for our after-work and dinner guests. We value personality, professionalism, and a passion for hospitality. Training provided for qualified candidates.
Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service during evening shifts (4 PM - 11 PM)
- Expertly manage 4-6 tables while maintaining high service standards
- Process orders accurately using our POS system and handle payments
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery
- Prepare and maintain a clean, inviting dining environment
- Upsell specialty beverages and seasonal menu items
- Resolve guest inquiries with professionalism and positivity
Qualifications
- Previous serving experience preferred but not required
- Must be available 3-4 evenings per week (including weekends)
- Strong multitasking abilities in fast-paced settings
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling
- Must be 18+ to handle alcohol service
- Food Handler's Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Reliable transportation to our Uptown location
