Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Assist customers in locating products, explaining features, and processing transactions at the Point of Sale (POS).
- Keep the sales floor, fitting rooms, and checkout areas organized, clean, and fully stocked.
- Handle cash, credit, and digital payments accurately and efficiently.
- Process returns, exchanges, and customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Collaborate with the evening management team to meet daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock replenishment as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not required.
- Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service is a plus.
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with a diverse customer base.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move around the store for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation is required.
