Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide assistance with product selection and inquiries.
- Operate the point-of-sale system accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and stocked throughout your shift.
- Assist in maintaining visual merchandising standards and store security.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate complex issues to management.
- Collaborate with the evening team to ensure smooth store operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
