Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients via phone and email.
- Process incoming orders and manage inventory levels with high accuracy.
- Assist in the loading and unloading of freight to ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace in compliance with safety protocols.
- Collaborate with the morning shift handover team to ensure seamless operations.
- Resolve customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently to ensure satisfaction.
- Perform data entry and administrative tasks as assigned by the shift supervisor.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Must be available to work evenings (Monday through Friday) and rotating weekends.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or customer service is preferred but not required.
