Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product recommendations and style consultations
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling protocols
- Execute visual merchandising standards including restocking, folding, and display updates
- Assist with inventory management including receiving, counting, and documenting stock
- Collaborate with evening staff to maintain a clean, organized sales floor
- Participate in evening floor sets and promotional campaigns
- Support store operations during evening rush periods (4 PM - 11 PM)
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to engage diverse customer base
- Basic math proficiency for transaction processing
- Availability for flexible evening shifts (minimum 20 hours/week)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Knowledge of current fashion trends and youth culture
- Reliable transportation to evening shifts in Manhattan
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
