Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge and styling recommendations
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and maintain cash drawer accountability
- Organize and restock merchandise to maintain visual standards and inventory accuracy
- Collaborate with team members to create a seamless shopping experience
- Assist with visual merchandising displays and store cleanliness
- Support loss prevention efforts by monitoring sales floor and securing high-value items
- Participate in evening inventory counts and stockroom maintenance
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills and approachable communication style
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Flexibility to work evenings (4 PM - 10 PM) and weekends
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and inventory tasks
- Reliable transportation to Nicollet Mall location
- 18 years or older with valid work authorization
