Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge and friendly interactions
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash payments
- Restock merchandise, maintain visual displays, and uphold store cleanliness standards
- Operate inventory management systems and report stock discrepancies
- Collaborate with team members during evening shift transitions and peak hours
- Assist with opening/closing procedures including cash register reconciliation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; students encouraged to apply
- Availability for weekday evenings (5:00 PM - 11:00 PM) and Saturdays
- Basic math skills and comfort handling cash/POS systems
- Strong communication skills and approachable demeanor
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
