Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist with product inquiries during evening hours.
- Process transactions accurately using the POS system and handle cash and card payments.
- Stock shelves, organize displays, and ensure the store is well-maintained and safe.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment as needed.
- Resolve customer issues professionally and escalate complex matters to the management team.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety procedures.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work evenings (typically 4:00 PM - 10:00 PM) and weekends.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transactions.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
