Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with product inquiries and purchases during evening hours
- Operate POS systems, process payments, and manage cash transactions accurately
- Stock shelves, arrange displays, and maintain a clean, organized sales floor
- Process returns/exchanges and resolve customer concerns with professionalism
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth evening operations
- Participate in inventory counts and stock replenishment activities
Qualifications
- Must be available to work evenings (4 PM - 10 PM) with weekend flexibility
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math proficiency and comfort handling cash/transactions
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Reliable transportation to our Tampa location
